Administration Unit

The Administration Unit of the Faculty of Electronics and Computer Engineering (FTKEK) is headed by the Deputy Registrar and supported by a team comprising Senior Assistant Registrars, an Assistant Registrar, Senior Assistant Administrative Officers, Senior Administrative Assistants, Administrative Assistants, and an Operation Assistant.

The unit is responsible for overseeing the implementation of academic and administrative policies in alignment with university regulations. Key functions include:

  • Managing programme and course registration processes.

  • Administering academic record updates and modifications.

  • Overseeing document management and official correspondence.

  • Coordinating examination schedules, grading processes, and academic results.

  • Monitoring student progression and conducting degree audits.

  • Facilitating graduation-related processes.

  • Managing administrative and financial matters within the faculty.

Through these functions, the Administration Unit ensures smooth operations and supports the faculty in achieving its academic and administrative excellence.
